The exhibition raises an essential question for the coming decades: how to feed, in the 2050s, a population of 10 billion people with nutritional quality, production diversity and sustainability? Our diversity is abundant but the agricultural model is not sustainable. And demographic growth and global warming are consequences of a scenario that promises to intensify until the 2050s.
